Property description

The apartment is in the oldest quarter Konstanz ', and borders on the famous cathedral "The Münster". In city archives the building was mentioned for the first time in 1424 A.D., however, the oldest parts of the house, which is fully intact and occupied originates from the12th Century. Due to its medieval building structure it is classified as cultural monument, in addition, for scientific, artistic and domestic-historical reasons a public interest exists to preserve this treasure. It consists of 1,5 rooms with oak parquet floors; is arranged open and had a kitchenette, shower/WC as well as a TV connection. Due to the central situation to the old and new city center many events, restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. The city garden at the lake with the harbor right next to it is just 100 meters away.

Furnishings

The bedroom has a double bed and a closet. There is an additional single bed in the apartment. The eat-in kitchen is furnished with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, tableware and all necessary kitchenware, as well as a dining room table with three chairs. The living room is furnished with a sleep-sofa, chair, sofa table, a television and CD-stereo player. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, a sink, and a WC.

Service

One set of tablecloths, towels, and bed linen are inclusive. At arrival, the beds are freshly made. Upon request, we will provide fresh bed linen every week. The apartments include a garage and a place for your bike.
